     When it comes to end of tenancy cleaning, there can be little more distressing than doing all of the cleaning and working hard on making the place look nice, only for your landlord to turn around and charge you for a professional clean anyway. I find that getting a cleaning company in and showing the landlord the receipt will usually mean that they don't have a leg to stand on when they come to try and squeeze more cash out of your deposit.
